Chainway Labs is seeking a Growth Manager to join our team at Citrea, Bitcoin’s First ZK Rollup.

At Citrea, our goal is to secure on-chain finance with Bitcoin. We believe that Bitcoin and its values should be scaled to serve as the standard for decentralized finance. Achieving this vision requires scaling Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring on-chain verifiability and data availability within the Bitcoin network.

This approach makes Citrea the first scaling solution to enable more complex applications without compromising Bitcoin security and changing its consensus rules.

The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Manager to drive adoption, partnerships, and strategic growth. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute structured go-to-market (GTM) strategies, support ecosystem projects, and promote Citrea at industry events. You’ll be at the center of scaling our platform and fostering a strong network within the Bitcoin and crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement structured growth and GTM strategies that expand adoption and engagement on the Citrea platform.
• Support ecosystem projects by advising on growth strategies and helping them succeed within the Citrea network.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across Bitcoin and the broader crypto space, including exchanges and enterprise players.
• Represent Citrea at conferences, podcasts, and other public forums, clearly communicating our mission and products.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
• Track market developments and trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Define, measure, and track key growth metrics to ensure strategy execution delivers tangible results.

Bonus

• Experience with Bitcoin and scaling solutions like Lightning Network.
• A strong network in the Bitcoin and crypto industry.
• Proven experience executing GTM strategies for blockchain or tech projects.
